Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the rigging up and running of applicable equipment on rigs safely and efficiently.
- Report directly to the District/Location Manager and assume management authority and responsibility for control over field operations.
- Successfully supervise subordinate employees or contractors in the location operations.
- Implement company policies, procedures and maintain equipment on the rig.
- Prepare and mobilize tools; conduct periodic tool inspections and file all pertinent reports.
- Perform all duties on location if necessary.
- Act as liaison between the company and customer representatives.
- Provide assistance to Specialists, Supervisors and other Service Assistants.
- Participate in JSA discussions and identify safety hazards.
- Rig up and maintain equipment on location.
- Help clean and maintain equipment.
- Inspect tools prior to use and maintain them in good working order.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
