The Embassy Suites Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square is seeking an  
** Engineer

** Shift Pattern:
** Various shifts to include morning/day, afternoon, nights, weekends and holidays.

** Hourly Range:
** Starting $28.38 per hour, then $31.53 after introductory period. These rates are based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

** Maintain hotel facilities:
** Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas

+  
** Respond to service requests:
** Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders

+  
** Perform a variety of maintenance tasks:
** Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry

+  
** Conduct preventive maintenance inspections:
** Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs

+  
** Document maintenance activities:
** Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
