Maintenance Technician - Multi‑Site - Spokane

Salary: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full‑time

• Assist with apartment make‑ready procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of the grounds and buildings
• Perform repairs or replacements as necessary with supervisor approval
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Be available or on‑call for after‑hours emergencies when assigned

• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
• Previous experience in property maintenance preferred
• Experience with full unit turns, work orders, and grounds keeping
• General knowledge of painting and drywall patching
• Multi‑site position requires adaptability
• Experience with NSPRE systems
• Minor appliance repair skills
• General knowledge about building equipment
• Ability to evaluate deficiencies such as excessive wear or troubleshoot faulty parts
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs – changing garbage disposals and replacing faucets
• Handle service calls in a timely manner
• Good safety habits
• Own and maintain your own tools
• Reliable transportation
• Effective communication with residents and team members, including contract laborers
