• Clean common areas and assigned areas.
• Follow SDS, safety and related regulations carefully.
• Prepare and organize materials and equipment; prepare the work site before beginning tasks.
• Keep common areas clean and orderly.
• Report and respond to resident requests and emergencies.
• Note any issues (grounds, building, other) and address them with the relevant department if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of English to take direction and ask questions as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (highly preferred).
• Friendly customer‑service skills.
• First aid certification may be required in some communities/affiliates per state or local guidelines.
• Completion of a background check. May also require drug screening, physical exam, TB test and fingerprint per state or local guidelines.

• Manual dexterity and the ability to work with required equipment and perform physically active work for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
