PARKING FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PORTER
Full-Time Position
Downtown Seattle
Must have own transportation
$21.30 PER HOUR
Wed-Sun 7a-3p

Responsibilities and DutiesCleaning is required (sweeping, trash collection, cleaning windows, blowing sidewalks, removing bird waste, removing graffiti, occasional parking payment management, and any basic cleaning duties).
- Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
- Courteous and friendly
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to drive a golf cart and have a valid DL
- 1 year of Customer Service & cleaning experience is preferred
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
- Must have valid DL
- Must have a vehicle to drive to locations.
