Multi‑Site Maintenance Supervisor (Full time | Onsite)

Role

Description:

The Multi‑Site Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across multiple residential communities. This role coordinates and performs daily maintenance and repair tasks, including diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. The supervisor plans and executes preventive maintenance schedules, manages vendor relationships, and ensures building systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include leading, training, and scheduling maintenance team members, monitoring inventory and supplies, and upholding property appearance standards.

The role also supports capital improvement projects, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and collaborates closely with onsite management to maintain high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, delegation, training, and performance feedback.
  • Hands‑on experience with equipment maintenance and building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
  • Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and documentation across multiple properties.
  • Solid background in general maintenance and repair, including carpentry, painting, and basic construction tasks.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in a safe, efficient manner.
  • Ability to manage workloads across multiple sites, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfort with using maintenance software or work order systems, plus basic proficiency in email and digital communication tools.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, building codes, and compliance requirements relevant to residential properties.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between sites as needed.
  • Previous multi‑site or residential property maintenance leadership experience highly preferred.
