Housekeeper – As‑Needed
This position is for a housekeeper available on an as‑needed basis, primarily focused on daily cleaning and basic maintenance duties.
Responsibilities- Daily housekeeping on weekdays, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
- Bathroom cleaning and general upkeep of a 900‑sqft, 1‑bedroom, 1‑bath apartment.
- Handling 1‑2 loads of laundry each day, including folding.
- Basic meal preparation as required.
- Occasional light maintenance tasks such as painting touch‑ups and patching walls.
- Periodic repair tasks such as fixing the patio door or broken glass window as needed.
- Reliable and available on weekdays.
- Experience with general housekeeping tasks preferred.
- Basic maintenance skills or willingness to perform them.
- Flexible, as‑needed schedule.
