Maintenance:
Performs general maintenance as needed; defrosting refrigerators, changing light bulbs and A/C filters, checking fire extinguishers and emergency lights monthly; completing work orders; maintaining walls, floors, doors, windows, and furniture in common areas;
Housekeeping: Routine and deep cleaning of common areas and offices; wash, dry, fold, and return resident laundry; stock supplies; wash interior windows and fixtures;
Food Service:
Dining room setup, updating menus, proper table setup, and event catering support;
Support:
Deliver documents, answer phones, assist with mailings and office tasks;
Assist with safety procedures and hazard communications, train on safety, and respond to accidents per protocol
