Maintenance Supervisor II

Maintenance Supervisor II – Seattle, WA

• Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
• Obtain bids for work from outside contractors and assemble, analyze, and submit bids to superiors for action.
• Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, required equipment, and type.
• Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
• Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget.
• Participate in after‑hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor.

• Minimum 3 years related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Preference for Yardi experience.
• Experience in all trades.
• Excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience required.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.

• Hourly pay $36.00–$39.00.
