Sentral in Seattle is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to support a residential community in First Hill. You will perform day-to-day upkeep, prepare vacant units for occupancy, and uphold high standards of appearance and safety.
The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Office. HVAC/EPA certifications are a plus. In-person, Thursday–Monday 9am–6pm with on-call rotation.
