Property Maintenance Associate

Camping World is seeking a Property Maintenance Associate to maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment for associates and vendors.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary facility including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and warehouse.
• Mop clean or vacuum floors in lunchrooms, offices, and bathrooms.
• Stock paper supplies and soap in lunchrooms and bathrooms.
• Eliminate dust, dirt, and garbage from the facility.
• Empty trash cans and recycling cans throughout the facility.
• Handle various chemicals and cleaning solvents.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of general custodial experience preferred.
• Self-driven with a sense of pride in maintaining strict cleanliness expectations.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English is required.
• Capability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.
• Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness.
