Pillar Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance across a Seattle community. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, while ensuring preventative maintenance is standard across apartments and shared spaces.
The role requires coordinating with vendors, training staff, and maintaining logs and budgets. An EPA cert and relevant licenses are preferred;
