Era Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I to become the newest member of our Maintenance Team located in our Aljoya Thornton Place Community, in Seattle, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Daily schedule may be flexible.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician will perform building facility maintenance. This role assists the Maintenance Team in maintaining the facility, including routine plumbing, painting, lighting, electrical, light carpentry, appliance repair and preventative maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
Ability to work Sunday through Thursday
Possess valid WA Driver’s License
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
Education and Experience:
High school graduate or GED certificate
One year technical school training or experience
