You will help develop preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with service providers to keep operations safe and efficient.
The role combines maintenance with occasional production support, handling ingredients, packaging, sanitation, and other tasks to meet schedules in a growing matcha manufacturing environment.
