Senior Maintenance Technician - Avana South Station

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.;
Manages materials, supplies, and tools by tracking inventory, returning unused items, and informing supervisor of re-order needs.;
Documents service requests and maintenance activities accurately to ensure proper tracking.;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and basic upkeep.
