Join Our Mission To End Homelessness
Plymouth Housing is a nonprofit organization that develops and operates permanent supportive housing for single adults who have experienced chronic homelessness. With apartment buildings throughout King County, we believe everyone deserves a safe home and the opportunity to thrive. That's why we provide long-term housing paired with on-site services that promote stability, health, and community. Our culture is rooted in dignity, respect, and shared responsibility:
We practice hospitality, communicate with care, and collaborate across differences. We value lived experience, cultural responsiveness, and approaches grounded in harm reduction, trauma-informed practice, and resident choice. We look for people who are committed to safety, learning, and continuous improvement — and who bring steady, values-aligned service in moments that are complex or high-stress.
The Building Support Manager provides portfolio-wide leadership for Plymouth Housing's Housing Support and Janitorial programs, helping ensure residents live in safe, sanitary, and dignified environments. This role oversees apartment support services, building cleanliness, inspection readiness, unit-turn standards, and sanitation practices while supervising Housing Support Specialists and Janitorial staff. The manager partners across Housing Operations, Facilities, Quality, Innovation and Health (QIH), Safety, and Property Management to strengthen systems, uphold trauma-informed and harm-reduction practices, and drive measurable improvements across Plymouth's housing portfolio.

- Develop, update, and implement policies and SOPs for apartment support services, deep cleaning and hoarding response, pest mitigation preparation, unit-turn cleaning, and inspection readiness.
- Supervise Housing Support Specialist and Janitorial teams across Plymouth buildings, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, cross-training, and strategic staff deployment.
