The focus of the role is to provide day to day outstanding cleaning and maintenance service to our customers.

Further this role will encompass the following responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively in English with tenants, visitors, supervisors, vendors, and emergency personnel to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after hours, inspecting common areas, and checking electrical appliance use to ensure hazards are not created.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, lobbies, hallways, break rooms, and other shared spaces throughout the day.
• Service, clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Respond promptly to spills, cleaning requests, and other situations requiring immediate attention to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Follow established procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners, cleaning agents, and power equipment to prevent damage to floors, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, or using appropriate floor care equipment.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and other building surfaces.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, equipment, vents, and other surfaces.
• Restock janitorial and restroom supplies as needed throughout the workday.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms, common areas, or event spaces as requested.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, safety concerns, or supply shortages to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform light exterior cleaning, including maintaining entrances, walkways, and removing litter around the building.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to tenants, visitors, clients, and staff while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
