Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Lead (Full-Time, Year Round)

Seattle Boat is hiring for a lead funshare & Fuel Dock member! This position is full time, year round.

$22-24/hour

Must be 18 years of age or older

• Provide exemplary service to customers while being a team leader for seasonal staff

• Promote a fun and safe boating culture for our boat club members and seasonal staff

• Lead by example and maintain cleanliness of our Fun Share boat club fleet, marina docks, and fuel docks

• Provide support to lift operators, Fun Share members, fuel dock customers, and seasonal staff

• Operate powerboats ranging from 19’-25’ (training provided)

• Other duties as assigned

• 18 Years of age or older

• Ability toworkaflexible schedule (weekends included!)

• Open to working and covering shifts at different locations as needed

• Willingness to work holidays as assigned

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and train seasonal staff

• A good workethic and positive attitude

• Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Basic computer skills

• Boating experience

• A love for being on and around the water

• Prior experience working with POS systems

• Prior shift - lead experience
