The Low Income Housing Institute is hiring a part-time Janitor at The Julie in Seattle, WA. The role is non-exempt and unionized (OPEIU Local
8).
Pay is $23.15 to $25.43 per hour, with Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts. Responsibilities include routine cleaning and light maintenance of common areas, responding to emergencies, inspecting the building, coordinating with the Special Projects Manager, maintaining supplies, and prepping units for new intake.
