Hiring range: $21.30 - $23.00 / hourly DOE
- One year or more of related experience in general maintenance work.
- Other applicable education, training, and experience, which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position will be considered.
- Experience in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing and general building systems.
- Sufficient physical strength and agility to carry out essential duties.
- Ability to use equipment and chemicals in prescribed manner, including ability to read labels, MSDS information sheets, and instructions.
- Ability to identify and resolve potential safety and security problems.
- Prefer knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.). Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
