Tues – Sat 8:00 am – 5:00 pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.

This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. Please note that we are unable to consider current residents of the property for this position. Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation. If relocating, relocation must be completed prior to start date.

700 Broadway Apartments, 59‑unit mid‑rise apartment community built in 2003. Vantage Park Apartments, 91‑unit mid‑rise apartment community built in 1999. Kinect at Broadway - 140‑unit mid‑rise apartment community built in 2020. Kinect at Lynnwood, 239‑unit mid‑rise apartment community built in 2021. Kinect at Shoreline - 240‑unit midrise lease up community scheduled to open in 2024. Enso - 316‑unit midrise lease up community scheduled to open in 2026.

The Kinect @ Burien apartments, a 230‑unit mid‑rise apartment community built in 2023.

Pay Range: $38.50 to $43.50 / Hour

Paid sick leave accrual equivalent to 1.33 hours for every 30 hours worked (~11 days per year). • 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance required within the last 10 years.
• 2+ years’ experience preferred.
• Applicants with trades experience will receive consideration.
• Must be well‑versed in the unit turn process from start to finish.
• Must have experience in tracking and maintaining inventory.
• Must provide your own basic hand tools – the Company will provide power tools.
• Experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers is required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
