Housekeeper Lead

Overview

Mirabella Seattle is a premier Life Plan Community located in the heart of downtown Seattle, offering luxury living, exceptional amenities, and personalized service for residents. We are seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper Lead to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting the Environmental Services team through training, quality control, and daily coordination of housekeeping activities.

• Provide routine and deep-cleaning services throughout the community, including resident apartments, guest areas, and common spaces.
• Lead team members during special projects and assist with training, coaching, and onboarding housekeeping staff.
• Support quality control efforts by inspecting work areas and helping maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Assist with scheduling, supply ordering, inventory management, and event room setup activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members while promoting a safe and welcoming environment.

Pay: $ 27.00 to $32.00 / hr DOE

• Minimum of two years of housekeeping, cleaning, environmental services, or related experience preferred.
• Previous experience training, mentoring, or providing guidance to team members.
• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning supplies, chemicals, and green cleaning practices.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
