Key ResponsibilitiesAll positions on our Lunch Crew are available. Candidates must be able to start the shift prior to normal lunch hours (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and end their shift afterwards. Candidates with a desire for increasing responsibility are preferred.
Qualifications- Availability to work mid‑day hours, starting before 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and ending afterward.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable form of transportation to get to work on time.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs without assistance.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time during a shift.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Desire for increasing responsibility over time.
- Career development through structured training programs.
- Performance based incentives related to compensation.
