Facilities Generalist

As a Facilities Generalist, you will drive business operations forward by providing cleaning, facilities, and maintenance services while delivering superior customer service to employees.

• Moderate maintenance work such as mounting TVs, assembling furniture, changing light bulbs, installing dispensers and other facilities fixtures, painting, drywall repairs
• Daily housekeeping work such as cleaning restrooms and kitchen, sweeping and vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, dusting, etc.
• Specialized cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, dusting high cobwebs, window cleaning
• Facilitate large item/junk removal; moving of furniture, boxes and related equipment
• Organize and refresh stockroom, pantries, restrooms, and supply cabinets
• Provide superior customer service to employees
• Utilize TRR’s CMMS ticketing program to respond and solve facilities service requests
• Assist in department/office moves throughout the authentication center
• Other duties as assigned

• 1+ years of general carpentry and handiwork (i.e., painting and patching walls, caulking and sealing, floor and signage maintenance)
• Ability to work full‑time and overtime when required

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time

• Hourly base pay + incentive pay based on performance

The expected hourly rate for this role is $19–$22. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
