Tyson Foods Sedalia plant seeks a Refrigeration Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team of 15 maintenance technicians, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive a safe, well‑trained work environment while supporting the Maintenance Manager.
You will manage preventative maintenance, quickly diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and PLC problems, reduce downtime, and ensure adherence to SQF quality policies and GMP practices across the plant.
