• Conduct specialized floor care procedures such as buffing, polishing, and stripping to maintain the appearance and longevity of flooring materials.
• Utilize carpet cleaning equipment and techniques to remove stains and dirt from various types of carpets.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning agents to ensure continuous availability.
• Follow established safety protocols and environmentally friendly practices during all cleaning activities.
• Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Use janitorial equipment efficiently while adhering to operational guidelines for optimal results.

Skills:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services within diverse environments. Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and polishing. Skilled in carpet cleaning methods using appropriate machinery and solutions. Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform meticulous cleaning tasks consistently. Excellent organizational skills to prioritize daily duties effectively.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
