Job Details

Under the supervision of the Environmental Manager, the grounds position is responsible for maintaining the grounds complex wide. Any job as assigned pertaining to grounds such as delivering mail, picking up trash, clean-up of spills, running of parking lot sweeper, daily clean-up of parking lots, outside waiting areas and smoke rooms as well as management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.

Work outside in an environment where temperature extremes are common, often above 99 degrees during the summer and 32 or less in the winter. Work in environments that could be dusty, smoky or have foul odors. Work in environments where exposure to chemicals vapors could potentially be present. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to carry up to 25 lbs.

Specific to job task i.e. hearing protection, eye protection, gloves, steel toe boots, etc.. Potential for heat and cold stress so attire will also be considered based on time of year.

Monday - Friday from 4:00 AM to 1:30 PM, required to work Saturdays

$17.20/Hour

• Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.
• Also, if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.
