• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to facilities equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other systems
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff
• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and costs incurred
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of facilities and services
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance and upkeep of facilities

• 1-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push or pull heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time
• Familiarity with industry-standard maintenance practices and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
