District Custodial Supervisor
To lead, manage, and evaluate district-wide custodial operations across all campuses and facilities. Responsible for establishing high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation through proactive staff management, rigorous performance accountability, behavioral management, and effective resource allocation.
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Valid Class "C" Texas driver's license Experience managing a people required Bilingual (English/Spanish required) Special Knowledge/
Skills:
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and behavioral management skills with a proven track record of holding teams accountable. Knowledge of modern custodial methods, materials, and equipment or the ability and motivation to acquire this knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively train and guide staff. Proficiency in computer operations, time-tracking software, and facilities management systems.
