This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Selbyville, DE for a Carpet Cleaning Technician. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, inspecting carpets, identifying stains and determining the best cleaning solutions, performing maintenance on cleaning machinery, and delivering exceptional customer service. The technician will ensure carpets are cleaned to company standards and maintain an organized and safe workspace.

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining carpet cleaning equipment
• Ability to identify stains and recommend effective cleaning solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality results
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, including clear communication and professional behavior
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting equipment and moving furniture
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is a plus
