Perform preventive maintenance across assigned McDonald’s locations to keep equipment running smoothly;
Maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and conducting basic to intermediate repairs;
Conduct basic HVAC support, such as changing air filters and belts, monitoring cleanliness level of the system, and conducting basic cleaning functions;
Perform basic plumbing work including caulking and applying sealant as needed;
Maintain fryer system by ensuring oil filtration is completed, fryers are kept clean, and grease deposits or build up is maintained
