MRK Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Berlin community in Berlin, MD. You will perform repairs, troubleshoot issues, and conduct preventative maintenance across assigned properties to uphold quality and safety.
The role requires the ability to read and communicate in English, at least two years in maintenance, and a flex schedule including on-call duties on weekends and holidays. You will also help with cleaning, grounds upkeep, and move-in readiness.
