Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Maintenance Manager to join our growing hospitality team. Unlike traditional cabin management companies, we are fully owner-operated — we own every property we manage. Because of this, we take exceptional pride in our properties and expect our team to approach maintenance with the same level of ownership and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations across cabins and tiny homes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in-house whenever possible
  • Manage repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize guest disruption
  • Manage inventory, ordering, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Track and report weekly/monthly maintenance metrics
  • Utilize software tools and maintenance platforms effectively
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role including managing budgets for the department.
  • Ability to bring creative solutions to tough maintenance problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
  • College degree preferred.
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • Evening and weekend availability as needed
