NASCAR Speed Park

PARC Pigeon Forge, LLC, a division of PARC Entertainment, LLC ("PARC"), owns and operates the NASCAR Speed Park in Sevierville, Tennessee. As an officially licensed attraction of the National Association for Stock Car Racing ("NASCAR"), the park offers exciting side‑by‑side go‑kart racing on eight tracks, together with amusement rides, miniature golf courses, bumper boats, an arcade, and other family‑oriented entertainment. Job Purpose

Provide a clean and safe park environment by supporting facility maintenance, assisting with daily cleanliness tasks, and maintaining organized spaces while following all safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Duties And Responsibilities Park‑Wide Related Duties
  • Support overall park operations by maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout guest areas
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests and team members
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as appropriate
  • Communicate safety concerns, maintenance issues, or operational needs to leadership
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
Department‑Specific Duties
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, walkways, common areas, and park grounds
  • Clean and respond to spills promptly, including biohazard and sanitation‑related cleanups
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, and minor plumbing support
  • Restock supplies in restrooms and guest‑facing areas
  • Monitor park conditions and report maintenance issues or hazards
  • Maintain proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure park readiness
  • Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests
Skills, Requirements, And Qualifications

  • Relationships – Ability to communicate effectively and interact positively with guests and team members
  • Required Education – None required
  • Preferred Experience – Maintenance, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
  • Specific Vision Requirements – Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • Specific Hearing Requirements – Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal communication and operational sounds, including guest interactions, equipment noise, cleaning equipment, and team communication, in indoor and outdoor environments
  • Special Skills – Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Stand for extended periods and walk frequently throughout the park
  • Use hands and arms to operate cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach during cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions
  • Perform tasks involving repetitive motion and physical activity throughout the shift
  • The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to loud
