Clean Team Company is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at First Baptist Church Sevierville

Whether you have previous cleaning experience or are looking to begin a new career, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain classrooms, offices, hallways, entrances, and gathering areas to company standards.
• Respond promptly to spills and unexpected cleaning needs.
• Follow all facility safety, security, and cleaning procedures.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and fellow team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule.
• Help maintain Clean Team Company's high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

We're looking for candidates who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Have strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Are able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is preferred but not required—paid training is provided.
