Avant Stay is seeking an experienced Maintenance Agent to ensure property upkeep meets company standards and legal requirements. You will troubleshoot issues, repair components, and perform general home-improvement tasks at our properties.
A 2–3 year background in property maintenance and a valid driver's license are required. Must reside within a short drive of our properties in the designated area and be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
