Overview
Can you fix it? Paint it? Caulk it? Clean it? Maintain it? Are you an independent worker who likes to handle all varieties of general maintenance? This is a great job for you. We are looking for independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented fixers.
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including minor carpentry and building mechanics.
- Identify problems, troubleshoot, and implement effective solutions with little direction.
- Maintain a courteous, safe, and productive work environment.
- General knowledge of carpentry and building systems.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated team member.
Full-time position — must be available to work every other weekend.
