Apartment building maintenance

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Perform minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Handle duties related to unit turnovers
• Conduct ongoing routine maintenance and preventative checks
• Carry out required unit and building inspections
• Obtain bids for contracted maintenance and repair work
• Respond promptly to after-hours emergency calls (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action

• At least one year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Ability to work independently
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively and appropriately with individuals
• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7 am and 6 pm
