Role overview: This role supports Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our Amerisource Bergen business.

• Pay: Details below
• $2000 Sign-On Bonus
• $21.50/hr including shift differential
• Eligible to receive an additional $1.00 hourly skill differential after 60 to 90 days if forklift certification is obtained
• Eligible for a productivity bonus paid out with every paycheck

• Sunday 3:30 pm – finish;
  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:30 pm – Finish
• The shift consists of four 10-hour days, with weekends and either Tuesday or Wednesday off.

Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or distribution operations in a fast-paced supply chain environment
• One (1) plus years of experience operating RF Scanning equipment

• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Previous forklift experience (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, or Stand-Up preferred)
• Previous Forklift Certification

The salary range shown is a national average for this role. Actual range may vary by locale. Location-specific ranges may be up to 10% lower or 12% higher than the stated range.
