Join our 2nd shift Janitorial team and use your skills to keep our recently remodeled global headquarters office in sparkling condition. Under the direction of the Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing janitorial duties with performance measured by the appearance throughout the facility. The working hours are 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

• Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high‑pressure washers, high‑speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpet, furniture, etc. (On‑the‑job training provided.)
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop flooring and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Clean windows and windowsills.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Properly label, dilute, and use all chemicals.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment at all times.
• Assist with setup of facility meetings and events.
• Other routine maintenance duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent education or work experience.
• Ability to work well with other team members, take direction from a supervisor, and work independently.
• Able to perform all duties listed above to complete general cleaning and upkeep of assigned manufacturing and/or office areas.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills; ability to read and understand detailed English instructions and convey same to staff both verbally and in written format.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, and reach for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to lawfully work within the U.S. and have unrestricted work authorization.

• Minimum of 6 months janitorial cleaning experience.
• Strong service and quality attitude.
• Basic computer skills.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $13.62–$19.98 per hour (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
