• Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers.
• Observe machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions.
• Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery.
• Operate or tend agricultural equipment such as tractors, combines, and irrigation systems.
• Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors about malfunctions.
• Attach farm implements (plows, discs, sprayers, harvesters) to tractors using bolts and hand tools.
• Operate towed machines (seed drills, manure spreaders) to plant, fertilize, dust, and spray crops.
• Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers.
• Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store grain crops.
• Tow harvesting equipment.

• Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Work in extreme temperatures.
• Extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, stooping, and repetitive movements required.

No High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in agricultural production or related machinery operation.
• Must obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire.

• Pass required drug screen and criminal background check (post‑hire, employer’s expense).
• Speak English fluently.
• Adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines.

• Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site.
• Free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance.
• Inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for distant‑reside workers.
• Daily subsistence of at least $16.28 per day during travel, capped at $68.00 with receipts.
• Required work‑related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
• Effective Jan 1, 2024, employees earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to a minimum of 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time per year, provided a minimum of 80 hours are worked in a calendar year.
