Responsibilities

+ Create and assemble color samples (12 x 12) of façade and floor products.

+ Maintain sample inventory to support sales and customer needs.

+ Produce samples for trade shows and customer orders.

+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

+ Assist with mailroom and loading dock duties as needed.

+ Handle special projects as assigned.

+ Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies.

+ Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

+ No advanced degree required; experience in construction or related fields preferred.

+ Proficient with power tools (e.g., saws, drills, sanders) and hand tools (e.g., trowels, rollers).

+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well with others.

+ Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand, sit, or lift for extended periods.

+ A strong work ethic, reliability, and enthusiasm to learn are essential.

+ Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
