Saint-Gobain/Certain Teed seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities on first shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with flexibility to support business needs. You will supervise hourly maintenance personnel and drive TPM, PM completion, and safety initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize safety.
The role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
