• Manage all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping operations.
• Oversee maintenance staff and schedule repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain facility at the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Full‑time role requiring limited evening and weekend on‑call hours.

• Minimum two years of relevant experience; SNF experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and knowledge of building maintenance systems.
• Ability to enforce safety and regulatory standards.
