Conduct preventive maintenance planning and execution across assigned restaurants.;
Troubleshoot, clean, sanitize, calibrate, and repair cooking equipment.;

Carry out basic plumbing tasks such as caulking and sealing; maintain fryer oil filtration and cleanliness.;
