Conduct preventive maintenance and prioritize routine maintenance within the restaurant.;
Support assigned restaurants and coordinate with Area Facilities team.;
Maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and basic to intermediate repairs.;
Perform basic HVAC maintenance including changing air filters and belts and cleaning.;
Perform basic plumbing work such as caulking and sealing.
