Facilities Maintenance Technician

All Care Services, LLC is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician in Merriam, KS.

We offer a starting pay of $18.75 per hour
, along with a weekend differential of $3.00 per hour
. This allows overtime potential for many team members.

Morning and evening/overnight shifts are available. The schedules include:

• 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 8:30 PM to 4:00 AM

Both schedules offer five days of work followed by two days off.

You begin each shift by reviewing your assigned locations and inspecting them for cleanliness and safety. You clear debris, operate and maneuver maintenance sweeper vehicles, and resolve safety concerns as they arise. You stay in sync with your teammates, communicating clearly and working together to maintain professional, secure properties. You also take care of your equipment, keeping the sweeper trucks clean and in good working order so that every property reflects the high standards our team is known for.

All Care Services operates from a conveniently situated base, providing efficient cleaning services across the metropolitan Kansas City area. Since 1999, we have been maintaining clean parking lots in the metro area.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong customer service skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work morning, evening, or overnight hours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in management, manual labor, delivery driving, and/or maintenance/landscaping is a huge plus
