• $19.50 per hour, plus a $3.00 weekend differential.

Experience in manual labor, driving/delivery roles, or maintenance work is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a consistent overnight schedule of 8:30 PM–4 AM
. You’ll work 5 days on and 2 off
, giving you the balance you need while making an impact every night.

As our Evening Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll start each shift with a thorough inspection of assigned properties to ensure cleanliness and safety. Your responsibilities include removing debris, operating maintenance sweeper vehicles, and addressing safety hazards. Collaborating with your team, you’ll help maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors. You’ll also take pride in keeping the sweeper trucks clean and operational, contributing to the overall quality and appearance of the properties we serve.

Ability to clear a drug test upon hire.
