Execute preventive maintenance and repair strategies for assigned restaurants;
Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks and routine issues; collaborate with Area Facilities team as needed;
Maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and intermediate repairs;
Provide basic HVAC support (change filters/belts, monitor system cleanliness, basic cleaning) and training on HVAC inspections;
Perform basic plumbing tasks (caulk and sealant);
Maintain fryer system cleanliness and oil filtration; ensure grease deposition is managed;
Cross-train to support Restaurant Leader or Area Facilities Team as needed
