Cleaning Supervisor

About the Role

TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at a busy motorway service station. In this hands-on role you will supervise and work alongside five cleaners, ensuring consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas, including public toilets and shower facilities.

You will work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues.

Shifts may include 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, or 10:00 - 18:00. Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example.
